One of my favorite activities is to take the twins to the park and just watch them run around, climb, and see them pretend to be pirates, a princess, a dinosaur, or whatever is en vogue at the time. I am just amazed by how much energy they have. I also remember the days gone by when they were just itty bitty: Audrey was born only 5 lbs 15 ounces; William was born only 5 pounds 7.5 ounces. Now, at four years old, Audrey is hovering over 40 pounds and William is topping 50 pounds! Where did those little babies go?!
We started our adventure at the Matt Family Orchard in Tomball, Texas. The twins, Amy, and I started by picking some wonderfully sweet satsuma oranges. They were some of the sweetest oranges we had ever had! I would truly recommend visiting the Matt Family Orchard just to taste these satsuma oranges. After picking the oranges, the twins had fun going down the slide, playing in the playhouse, and swinging in the tire swing.
After paying for our treasured fruit, we made our way to Mary Jo Peckham Park in Katy, Texas. This is a huge park with swings, slides, monkey bars, putt putt golf course, and fishing. The twins really had a great time!
I think the great time that the Keck family had is best illustrated in this brief movie. Enjoy!
